Welcome to Apeiros Social, a social media management platform owned by Apeiros Marketing LLC, a JANGLE Enterprises, LLC company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Apeiros Social.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans, auto-billed at the same time each billing cycle.
Users receive a 14-day trial period before billing begins.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Downgrades will be prorated, and changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
Apeiros Social facilitates social media post scheduling and stores images and past posts.
We do not store or process user social media data beyond the necessary connection to the platform.
When a user disconnects their social media account, related data is permanently deleted.
Users may connect accounts from Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Threads, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business.
Third-party integrations (e.g., analytics or ad tools) may be added in future updates.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Spamming or abuse.
Violation of social media platform policies.
Any other behavior deemed harmful to our services or other users.
Users may appeal suspensions by contacting info@apeirosmarketing.com.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, API changes, or account bans.
Users agree to indemnify Apeiros Social against claims related to misuse of the platform.
By using our platform, you agree to receive promotional emails and SMS messages.
We may use user data for internal analytics and advertising purposes.
We comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.
Apeiros Social is available only in the U.S., and use of a VPN is not permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Duval County Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
